Potentially, yes, it could and should. As you know, NZT is going through "trying" times with the NZ government, so future earnings estimates are somewhat hazier than normal. But, all things being equal ( i.e. X dollars in earnings, and a set % distribution for dividends)...then distribution/share should increase.

Of course, the key phrase is " all things being equal "! ;-)
