Does this seem reasonable?

There's no way to give advice about a single account like a 401k without knowing the composition of your total portfolio. However the T. Rowe Price allocations are reasonable for your portfolio as a whole if you'll be retiring in about 20 years.

Too bad you have such high fee fund choices. Looks like your HR manager didn't care to shop around for better providers.
