On a yearly basis, for May 1 - Oct 31: 33 up yrs (6.0% avg), 23 down yrs (-8.4%) and an overall average change of 0.3%. For Nov 1 - Apr 30: 44 up yrs (11.3% avg), 12 down yrs (-4.9% avg) and an average change of 7.9%.
