Than last week, last week I did have a beer, which is odd cause it is usally wine, but I didn't like it and I don't plan on doing it again, I know, slippery slope, but I am only human and I still want to drink, in fact I still want to drink a LOT, but this is the best I have ever been, I don't feel so trapped, like I can't control it, well, most of the time, but its definatly better than it was. its not a case of I drink without realsing it and then regret it, well not without realising but without being able to stop myself, like being a robot, y'know?
I talk too much rubbish, hey and this is me sober!
