Don't do what a lot of people do and just go to sessions and not use them. That is just money down the tubes. The therapist's job is to make it safe for you to communicate freely and you clearly have a lot to talk about.

As I've been told, it may take more than one therapist. Need to find the right one. One-on-one, a therapist may help you realize their is no fix for your situation. But at some point, therapy will have to stop and decisions made.

You aren't the first one in that kind of spot, and unfortunately you won't be the last one.
