doubt that you could change any terms of the trust. I assue this is a revokable trust. If so your parents could make a change to its terms creating a trust for your sister upon their passing.

i should have said, that the family conference will be led by the Parents....i am simply trying to bring some ideas to the table that would allow us to accomplish these separate needs without anyone sacrificing or creating hard feelings....indeed, there will be an attorney involved, but they live in a small town, i don't know what the parent's attorney experience is in these areas, and simply want to bring some ideas for consideration...
