Some food for thought??My "contrarian" juices are flowing - big time!Came across a local stock I recognized (Milwaukee)in the "Biggest Losers" column awhile back andhave been poking around since and getting moreinterested as I learn more. The whole "assisted living" sector [ALF, HCR, RSCR,SNRZ, ACR, BLCI, CTEN, ALI, CSU] have generally"tanked" to less than 1/2 of their 52 week highs.Several of these to 1/4 & even less. The one I have culled out for interest is currently at 1/10, and less than 40% of book [ALI].As a entrepeneur I think I can relate to what hashappened - but maybe I'm just trying to see somethingthat is not there? Seems these companies have beengrowing very rapidly and all hit some kind of "growthwall" together. Also think I can understand thisas the initial growth was not the number of newavailable patients - but rather the number of peopleready to avail themselves to this new service.BUT demographics seem super, to me, in long run. Also have to think that we are likely to have a much larger percent of the population suffering frommild forms of "dementia" with medical advances beingwhat they are.ANYWAY.... I thought this might be interestingto some of you.Hope so,George
