dpm asks:

"So, your strategy is to hold your losers and sell your winners?"

Only in a manner of speaking -- or of thinking. The ones I hold are not losers; they are high-quality companies that appear to be undervalued. You've heard of "value investing" - ?

The ones I sell are the ones that have risen substantially in price. I sell them so I can buy others. I know you've heard of "making a profit".

It's kind of like a Ferris wheel, but when you get to what looks like the top, you jump off and jump onto another that looks like it's going to take you up even higher.

But, you can ride the first back down if you like. It's purely a matter of taste.
