1) Little Sis started her new job today. It doesn't pay fantastic for the first 90 days, but is running at about 50 hours a week right now, with some weeks coming in at 55. Woot! She needed it, hope was running mighty thin. Another bit of good news is that it's in the State I Work In (not the state we live in) and so if she's laid off again for whatever reason, she will get much better (as in, $100 more a week) in unemployment benefits.

2) Just when I think I have the calendar updated, BOOM more stuff comes in. I'm drowning in it all. GAH

3) Work still = insane. But Friday afternoons are usually slow(er) for Help Desk stuff - even though Coworker is gone today, I should be able to power through a decent chunk of my to do list (which is so long I had to color code it with a highlighter).

4) Leroy Jethro helped me unload the dishwasher last night, and broke an "unbreakable" plate. He definitely takes after his Paul Bunyan of a father.
