Dru,Delphi and XRX are similar in that they present buying opportunities but in nothing else.Delphi mangement is doing a first class job and the cash register is constatly ringing with new contracts. There are few companies I have ever seen that are so focused on adding shareholder value. The payoff is right around the corner. The lack of a run up is buying op.
XRX is a wounded tiger .Management has lost focus. In a way this is the easiest problem to solve. We need a top dog that brings credibility to the tabel.Someone who has "been there done that".In some ways XRX is a comp-any like Coca-Cola.Its saturation in its market and its
delivery systems would be very hard do duplicate today and then only at huge cost. Its product lines are impressive and its brand name have great value.Small success after small success will not turn the ship
around.A new Captain will.
