Dump them immediately!

I have Suncom which is part of AT&T. They did call me once after I missed a payment, but they don't call, they send a text message asking me to call their 1-800 number. And it was after the bill was almost a month late, not a few days. And they just asked me to make a payment as soon as possible and wanted to know when they could expect it.

They never threatened to hound me daily about this.

That is harassment and I don't pay people to harass me.
