FlyLady has a new thing - Dungeon Duty. Five minutes cleaning out a deeply neglected area like a basement or shed. Our place is too small to have anything like that, so I adapted it.

Each time I get a Dungeon email, I remove one item from the hall closet and put it away somewhere else. This is because the hall closet houses the air handler for the a/c and soon I will be having it serviced so I need everything out of the way.

Then I thought, why not keep doing this. Move everything from one place -- under sink, back of bedroom closet, shelf of bedroom closet -- to other places, clean the empty place and then do another one. Like moving, only slower and easier. That should prevent things from stagnating in the out of the way places.
