I thought you folks would appreciate these lists:

1. Ever wonder if a particular movie was released on DVD in the US?

The above website maintains a complete list of DVDs released in the US (and Canada). The (very large) complete list can be downloaded into an Excel spreadsheet or as an HTML document. Alternatively, you can just download the up-coming releases or the weekly updates. Once you have the complete list you can just download the weekly updates and merge the files together.

2. Ever wonder what movies have been released on DVD with special audio features, such as DTS, 6.1 or 7.1 (ES/EX) surround?

The above website is particularly useful for those people who prefer DTS audio, or have 6.1 or 7.1 speaker arrangements.
