Well- Stock is down 15% in premarket.

-Sales are down 6.2M QoQ.
-EPS of $.19 vs analyst estimates on $.29 on sales of $79M.

Total sales for 06 will remain flat. overall guidance of $240-250M vs last year sales of $250M. Earnings will be down to $.80 to $.84 vs previous guidance of $1.05 to $1.15 share.

There is a decrease in margins but most of the decrease is due less sales to CAT. I expected sales to CAT to be flat but I am surprised by the decrease.

- Positives is that International sales are increasing.

Overall, I own stock in this company at a considerably higher amount. Nothing here screams to me that the company is going out of business but I don't seem a huge catalyst for incresed sales in the next 6-9 months. Therefore, I will continue to hold but not add to my position.
