Greetings. Even though you purchased shares less than 30 days before you sold shares for a loss, they were clearly not replacement shares for the shares you sold at a loss, therefore there is no wash sale.

Even if there had been a wash sale, given that (1) all transactions were in the same tax year and (2) you did not trade for 31 days after the last sale, there would be no impact on your taxes.
