The following is a summary of a presentation today, Monday, at the New York Society of Security Analysts by Michael McGinnis, chairman, American Eco Corp.

Since 1993, American Eco Corp. has emerged as one of the fastest-growing industrial service firms in North American as a result of strategic, carefully selected acquisitions, partnerships and strong internal growth. The company's mission is to offer the most comprehensive single-source packages available to a wide sector of industries including refining, chemical processing, utility, pulp and paper, and manufacturing.

American Eco's experienced management team combines hands-on field experience with visionary business acumen. The dedicated management of American Eco has consistently achieved record earnings and rapidly increasing revenues. Since 1993 the earnings per share has increased from $0.07 to a projected 1997 earnings of $1.20. Revenues for 1997 will approximate $250,000.00. Market capitalization has increased from $9.6 million in 1995 to $235 million in September of 1997.

Ultimately the key to success has centered on a professional management team with immeasurable experience in meeting the needs of their customers.
