I am going back to school to get a master degree to further my education (part time). I make about 60K a year and I will have college expenses of 9k a year (each year for two years).

I am confused about all the education tax deductions/credits that I might be eligible for.

I know I am not eligible for the Hope credit, but what about the life time learning credit? I also read something about a new deduction as of 2002. My Job is willing to pay $1200 a year. Please help with some guidance.

Thank you.
