just read your post. I've been in the trades for a long time and most of that time i have spent on my own. If you have any friends in the trades ask them as they are most familiar with other trades. Or, go with someone that has an established name.Apply looking for your needs and wants in a house like you were looking for a good stock to buy.Make sense? Remember that there are a lot of good people out there that will give you great service and a fair price and will more often than not be glad to give you a bid full of specifics. good luck
