Has anyone heard if eMachine has been having some type of diffculty with their email support line ? I have been experiencing some some difficulty with my six month old unit; emailed them three times to let them know of the problem, asking what to do, where to go, etc. I have not heard back from them in two weeks. Are they belly up ? Or just not interested in my problem ? Anyone..... Anyone.....??
