I own a small business (this is a corporatiion) with about 15 employees. I have setup a 401k plan for the company. Any one is eligible to participate in the plan as soon as they start employement and there is no employer matching. Only 2 of the 15 employees signed up for this and the rest of the employees did not sign up. I contributed maximum to the plan last year. But,because 401k testing failed, I had to pull out most of my contributions. This means that until enough cash built in the plan, I cannot contribute to the plan. Is there any other way that I can contribute towards my retirement?
