One side effect of my choice to become more deliberate in my living has been a growing realization that parts of my life (like work, relationships, spending, etc) weren't consistent with my true personal beliefs. I've corrected some, but not all, of these inconsistencies.

There are some inconsistencies, however, that I've recognized, but for one reason or another I haven't been willing or able to change. Admittedly, this has generated some stress in my life.

Am I the only one who has "seen the light" but been unable to fully act upon it? If not, I'm curious as to any similar stories or thoughts/suggestions/ideas on coping with this stress.
