Good day all,
i am interested in identifing possible alternatives for estate planning. the objectives being the most obvious, reduce/defer taxes, provide for my later years and provide for my kids future, minimizing inheritance tax, etc. etc. etc.

i have heard mention of limited partnerships, family trusts, corporations for managing investments and such.

is there someplace i can find a run-down on what these things all mean, relative strengths and weaknesses, etc.

are there other options out there? does anyone have opinions/experience which might influence my direction?

thanks greatly.
