ROADHOUSE GRILL, INC. announced today it has entered into a joint venture agreement to develop Roadhouse Grill restaurants in Europe.

Cremonini S.p.A. ("Cremonini Group"), a leading publicly traded Italian conglomerate (revenues amounted over $1 billion in 1999) specializing in the food service industry in Europe, has entered into a joint venture with Roadhouse Grill, Inc. to operate a minimum of 60 Roadhouse Grill restaurants in Italy, France, Germany, Spain, Great Britain and other principal European countries by the year 2004.
