Ex-Nebraska Quarterback Sam Keller is suing the NCAA and EA Sports for using the names and likenesses of college athletes, which violates NCAA bylaws. It's a class action suit, and if Keller wins, EA Sports could be prevented from using real names and likenesses of college players in future games, as well as having to make payments to players appearing in previous games.
