Excellent commentary Don. In back testing on the TSE 35 over the past ten years, my experience is that the drop PE3 has yielded the highest returns, on average. Incidently, if you examine the stocks that make up the portfolio in each of these ten years, you will note an extremely high propensity for bank stocks.
