Fair enough. I also thought they started out pretty weak -- but I was expecting that, this being their first-ever earnings conference call. In any case, I thought they hit their stride pretty well once the questions started.

For what it's worth, from following Dean Foods as well, I get the impression (possibly mistaken) that long-term contracts aren't very common among the dairy makers. That said, I know for a fact that Papa John's does long-term contracts of some sort when buying cheese for its pizzas. Seems it should be doable.
