For the past 3 years I've had a fig tree in a container. Always had a few figs in the spring/summer, maybe a dozen. Didn't expect much since it was small.

Last fall/winter I planted it in the ground. This spring I had maybe 2 dozen figs and didn't think anything else about it. Then, about a month ago, I noticed more fruit being formed. A lot of fruit, maybe close to 4 dozen. A couple days ago actually picked a half dozen.

Will these figs continue to ripen until frost? Or stop all together when daytime temps get below a certain point?
