Credit Reports are the black magic of the home finance game... obscure and misunderstood by most, both inside and outside the industry.

The following site offers the services to pull either a single bureau credit report for yourself ($8.50 Experian,), or a tri-merge from all three ($30 snail mail, $50 overnight... Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion) most commonly used for A-paper residential loans.

In addition, they have a service called Credit Manager that, for a $75 annual whack, will allow you unlimited credit report access, extensive credit education, and an email notification service everytime anything changes on your credit report (looks pretty slick!)

Many Fools might not need this service enough to justify $75... BUT for those who do, that's just the regular cost of 2 retail trimerge credit pulls!

OH YEAH... they'll let you have it all for FREE for the 1st 30 days... it's the "puppy dog close!" (Tell 'em Dave sent ya! They don't know me, but it'll really make them curious!))

Two Thumbs Up over here!
