Far too often, we tend to hear about those who are failing in life in the press it seems.

That's because things going well isn't news - it's normal.

Consider the response to a commercial airliner crashing (not terrorism).

Now consider how many things have to go RIGHT, and routinely, for this metal tube with maybe a couple hundred ordinary people - not celebrities or bigwigs or even particularly wealthy people - on board to be flying through the air at 400-600 MPH and it to NOT be a big deal...
