BRIC stocks are a hot commodity in today's financial world.

My current favorite BRIC fund is GBRAX (GoldMan Sach's BRIC fund Class A):
GBRAX Pro's:
1> ~50% gain in 1 year from 7th Aug 2006 - 7th Aug 2007
2> Invests in Large-Cap high growth stocks (Large Cap companies have a lower chance of going out of business)
3> Managed by Goldman Sachs, which I rate as the best investment bank
GBRAX Con's:
1> 5.5% maximum front-end sales charge
2> 1.97% expense ratio
(These two alone deduct around 7.5% from the principal and 1.97% from the profit)

Second on my list of favorites is:
OBCHX (Oberweis China Opportunities)
OBCHX Pro's:
1> ~75% gain in 1 year from 7th Aug 2006 - 7th Aug 2007
2> Invests in companies with high potential for growth
3> No front-end/back-end sales charge
OBCHX Con's:
1> Invests in Mid-Cap stocks (Greater risk than Large Cap stocks)
2> 1.91% expense ratio
3> Focussed solely on China. While China has tremendous potential, its communist government's policies are a source of constant concern to investors. Indiscriminate seizure of farmland for infrastructure projects without adequate compensation is a source of major tension and in the past couple of years there has been large scale demonstrations and violent clashes by farmers against the Chinese government.

What are your favorite BRIC stocks/funds and why?
