I took out a federal PLUS loan to finance my daughter's college education. I know that she can deduct the interest she pays on the loan for the first 60 months that payments are required. I am also paying interest on my portion of the loan. Are my interest payments deductible? If it helps, my daughter is still listed as one of my dependents.
