Currently I have 70% of my Federal TSP invested in the C fund which mimics the S & P 500. This is the only stock plan available to federal employees until May 2000. In May we will also have the opportunity to invest in the Wilshire 4500 and Barclays Europe, Australasia and Far East Fund.

Does anyone have any information on these funds and solid predictions of how they will do compared to the S & P 500?
