FGA Do you mean a tax incentive to purchase insurance much like we provide a tax incentive to purchase a home? Sure.

So the primary example of "loss of liberties" in the last four years which you have pointed to comes down to the difference between a penalty and an incentive. I assume the monetary effect is identical.

"To the barricades!"

Now telling parents that they MUST put their seven-year-old kid in a booster seat or be fined, that is what I consider a real loss of liberty.
