New low from highest weight last December :0) It's nice to be back in the 130s.After dropping down to 140, I got stuck again for a while. This past week, things once again started shifting.I went "closet shopping" last week and found 6 pairs of dress pants that I can wear to work just in time for cold weather.New employee is driving me crazy, but as so often happens with me, I think stress is the biggest contributor to this week's drop. At this rate, I may see 110 before the end of the year ;0)Oh, and before I forget: After spraining my pinkie toe on the insanely heavy coffee table, I started having to wear flip flops pretty much all the time. I picked up a pair that were made with a dense foam bottom and voila! The plantar fasciitis symptoms have almost disappeared. It was a little chilly wearing them to work when the temp outside is in the 50s, but I'll deal with that to not have the heel pain :0)LWW
