Fire brewed? I suppose that's referring to how they heat the mash...

I was in St. Louis this past weekend and toured the Budweiser plant. Pretty neat to see how much beer they brew every day and some of the history. And you get free beer at the end. I tried Bud's Hard Knuckle porter. I'd never even heard of it before. It's got a more chocolately taste than most porters... it didn't steal my love for Smithwick's. :) Also had a Bud just because you can't find it fresher anywhere else (except perhaps Busch Stadium). And since it was 95 degrees outside, and the mashing room was like 120, Bud tasted great!
