sub 80 round!
I shot a 76 today, my best ever score before that was an 81, and best on this particular course was an 82.
Its a good course, we played white tees (6100 yards) which is shorter than the blues (6,700, best score of 83).
It started off great, two pars, then a double and I thought "Oh dear". finished the front 9 5-over playing ok golf, putting like a demon. Then, started the back 9 with a birdie 4 on the par five, finished with a birdie 4 on a par 5 and played the back nine level par for the 5-over, 76.

Loving it, I just had the feeling on the back nine "I know where I want to put the ball, so that's where I'll hit it". I played the final Par 5 like this : Driver 290 yards, PW 100 yards, 8 iron 130 yards, putt of 3 foot for the birdie. It was either going for the green over water carrying 220 yards or the above. Sensible and luckily got close enough for the bird.

Bouncing off the walls tonight!

Atrio
