First question, very important:

Where do they keep it?

In a 3-ring binder on the desk, clearly labeled, where it can be found easily by any temp who sits at the desk.

At home, I have several three-ring binders that contain data in various areas where I need to save them in a "reference library" for the household. (Many of the things that are filed in there are from TMF, as a matter of fact,) I have a binder for financial planning/budgeting references, a household binder that explains how to clean various things and where the tools/cleaning solutions are, a grocery list with recipes, a household inventory, that sort of thing. I'd put a list of this kind in the household binder.

Wow! Could you possibly post the fin planning/budgeting ref., cleaning solutions?
