Folks, I was just curious to see how the retired look at themselves. <snip> I think I asked exactly the correct questions for my purposes.

Here's what you asked:

Please excuse me for not including Liberal Democrats and/or liberal Republicans (If that is a real choice). I am making the rash assumption that these categories would fall under "Other". Anyway, I thought it would be interesting to see where this board sees itself politically. So, here is my question for you.

I answered this poll, but I'm not retired. Nowhere in the question does it say "If you are already retired, please answer this." And, as I've said before, a lot of us on this board are not yet retired but are working on it.

So if you wanted to see how retired folks class themselves politically, you didn't make the poll restrictive enough.
