followup to maple's post -
check to see what meds that are OTC in the US, may not be available in Italy.
I know (yes, again Netherlands comparison) that cortisone creme is not available w/o a prescription in NL- where we are just used to picking it up at the corner store.
So if she has even any OTCs of preference, she should take along a full supply until she determines where (or if) they are available to her locally.
