I found the Fool.com about a year ago. It is a fantastic resource for anyone interested in taking control of their financial resources. I am 60 years old and this is my first post on any of the Fool boards. This board I think is about my speed. I took a VFIF from my company this past June 30. I will receive salary continuance for 12 months from that date. Looks like I will retire with about $700k, mostly in before tax retirement accounts. I have little other resources except for owning a house with $30k left on 2nd mtg. I would like to invest in the Fool portfolios, but I need some advice as to how to divide the total among the different plans. The Foolish 4 and Rule Maker portfolios seem most attractive, with a little RB for spice! But how to divvy it all up?
Thanks for whatever input, Fireballgeorge
