Al-righty, I've finally spent some time "Fooling" with the CAPS screener and I've got a list of negative enterprise value stocks (cash >= share price + total debt) put together.

As CAPS doesn't output a hard total debt figure, I had to back into it from the LT Debt-to-Equity Ratio and Price-to-Book (TTM) numbers, so there is some significant rounding errors. Also FYI, the screen output a "0" for negative book values, and there are some bad data anyway (especially foreign stocks), but this list is verified by Yahoo to have Negative or near 0 Enterprise Value/share:

XING *Qiao Xing Universal Telephone, Inc.
HTX Hutchison Telecommunications International
QXM *Qiao Xing Mobile Communication Company, Lim
KHD KHD Humboldt Wedag International Limited
BVSN BroadVision, Incorporated
SOAP Soapstone Networks, Incorporated
NTE Nam Tai Electronics, Inc.
RACK Rackable Systems, Incorporated
ATV Acorn International, Incorporated Sponsored
PDII PDI, Incorporated
INSP InfoSpace, Incorporated
ESIO Electro Scientific Industries, Incorporated
FORTY Formula Systems Ltd ADR
VTAL Vital Images, Incorporated
EK Eastman Kodak Company
STRT Strattec Security Corporation
PMTI Palomar Medical Technologies, Inc.

* Yahoo has lots of data missing.
