I recently rolled over a traditional IRA from my old broker and I am now using Waterhouse as my online trader. I purchased 2 of the FF4 so far. Am I correct in assuming I do not have to wait 18 months before making my stock shift as my funds are not taxable anyway as long as they remain *in* the IRA? I would prefer changing every 12 months unless someone out there can tell my why that is not sound strategy.
