Hey gang (Oi, galera)

I am living in Brasil and I now have some income available for investment. I will start with some fixed-return bank accounts and things, since interest rates are so high here, but I am interested in the stock market too. I can get in through some mutual funds available at my bank, but I am also interested in seeing if some Foolish strategies might work here. In particular, I would like to know if anybody has tried to determine a Brasilian "Foolish Four" and check its recent performance.

If anybody has done any work on this, or knows of anybody who has, please let me know. I would like to avoid re-inventing the wheel if possible.
