For information, Kennedy, Cabot is one of many discount brokers who do not charge any fees for IRA accounts (including Roth IRA's).

My main problem (aside from having two accounts) is that I plan to use the Roth IRA as an aggressive growth, investment account; since there is no capital gains tax levied on sales of stock shares. However, the transaction fees associated with buying/selling two lots of 25 shares (for example) are twice as much as buying/selling one lot of 50 shares. Oh well, everybody should have such problems.

Good Luck back at you!
