Good luck proving that Fox willfully lies, to the extent that they deserve to have their license revoked.

Such an attempt would be politically based, and rightfully maligned as such. I hate what Fox does. I despise the lies. But it would be a major fail to attempt this, legally and politically. You might as well hand the election to Romney.

Oh, I agree. It would be big tactical error. I just wanted to keep it clear that a broadcast license comes with conditions.
