The problem with the link provided is that only those firms who have paid a fee to TMF are listed there. Every year several investment publications list a review of on-line brokers and rank them: Barron's, Smart Money, Money, Kiplingers, etc. The lists and rankings are usually published in the Spring issues as people consider setting-up IRA accounts.
