Fellow Disney Cast Members:

In the aftermath of the events of last Tuesday, there is uncertainty as to what the impact on Disney will be, as some people might cancel vacation plans, and companies might cut back on ad spending, and guests might not spend as much in the Stores. Our stock is taking a short-term hit (which turned into a great buying opportunity for me).

Michael was totally unphased on "WWOD" last night. He looked strong and confident, and totally convinced of our ability to get through this. He believes in the legacy of the man who built this Company, the Company that has been entrusted to him for the past 17 years. He has faith in it -- and in us. He needs all of us to be behind him during this difficult time.

He also knows that the country needs our Magic now more than ever. When Disney is firing on all cylinders, everyone benefits.

-- Every smile we coax from a guest is a victory against the nightmare of those awful images of last Tuesday morning.

-- Every minute we spend VoluntEARing is another defeat for hatred and prejudice.

Each cast member is an army of one, one of an army of over a hundred thousand -- and our weapon is Magic. We are the USO in the war against terror. We are Disney cast members -- and our story is Reassurance.

No fear.
