For some reason my practice has been taking off the last 2-3 months. My patient volume has been very good and I feel that my reputation is bringing in new patients. Busy is good. Now if I could just negotiate better contracts with the insurance companies then I will have had it made!

You're a good guy, I knew you'd be a successful Ortho. Check with your hospital and see if there's a network you can join that has already negotiated fees on the network's behalf. Can be a huge difference in payment.

I'm not entirely convinced that this is not a sucker's rally, but 8000 in the Dow seems to be a good resistance line. I'll be adding to existing positions over the next few months, dollar cost averaging into things as I always do. If the insurance payments keep rolling in then I'll have to move funds into some other investments since the money market funds really suck right now. LQD (high grade corporate bond ETF) looks good right now for a place to park some cash until I get some good ideas since the yield is almost 6%.

Let me know when you see something good!

Yep, hard to tell which way we're going to move.

I thought PG 47-48 was pretty good. WMT too in same range. Longer term positions these. The quick money has already been made : (
