Hi there,

First off, I would like to thank the TMF crew for creating such a wonderfully informative website that has set me on the path to investing for the future.

In various of your articles you encourage your readers to participate in an index tracking fund, and you name the Vanguard S&P 500 as the top dog.

I was wondering why there is such a considerable difference in the initial investment minimums for US and international investors (U$3,000 and U$100,000 respectively).
