We all know that Jesus died so our sins could be forgiven, and some take it that their sins are forgiven. When we pray the Lords Prayer however, we ask that our sins be forgiven as we forgive sins against us. So if you are unwilling to forgive others you are asking God not to forgive our sins each time we say the Lords Prayer. Makes one a lot more forgiving when it becomes personal, since none of us is perfect.
